Improvements in Modkit and Multiqc for traceability and robustness. -Path: adjusted the output path with clear specifications of which files are being created and their names. -Script: Added set -euo pipefail to ensure that scripts (Modkit and Multiqc) abort immediately in case of error. - Modkit: implemented the use of in the Modkit output file names.
